How rrdl ships MVPs in weeks, not months: 10 apps live

rrdl is a tiny MVP studio. We take an idea, cut it down to the one thing it must do well, and put it in front of real users on iPhone, Android and the web in weeks rather than months. This post is the short version of how we work, with the products we have shipped as the evidence.

Ten products, one playbook

Every product below is live today, and each one started as a single sentence:

  • Skinify: “How old does my skin look?” answered from one selfie.
  • Flamingo: see an outfit on you before you buy it.
  • blasa: a business website written by your Google reviews.
  • Voceris: a score for how your voice sounds, and a plan to raise it.
  • Klevo: edit a PDF by typing the change you want.
  • Morph: read a dream through five traditions side by side.
  • Resumark: paste a job post, get the resume it is asking for.
  • Break the Suspect: a detective game you play with your voice.
  • Startr: a two-minute first step for the thing you keep putting off.
  • Cartsnooze: snooze a purchase for a few days before you buy it.

1. One sentence, one screen

Before any code, we write the promise in one sentence and design the single screen that delivers it. For Resumark that screen is a match score with the proof for each requirement. For Startr it is a countdown and a timer. If the promise needs a second screen to make sense, the scope is too big.

2. Web, iPhone and Android from day one

Most of our products launch on all three surfaces at once, sharing one account. The web app is not an afterthought: it is how people try the product from a search result without installing anything, and it is how products like Break the Suspect run entirely in the browser.

3. AI where it does real work, honesty where it matters

We use AI models for the part a person can't do quickly: reading hundreds of reviews, editing a PDF from a sentence, scoring nine features of a voice. Then we put guard-rails around it. Resumark only adds a skill after you confirm you have it. blasa traces every line on a site to a real review. Skinify says plainly that a skin age is a cosmetic estimate, not a diagnosis. Those rules make the products better, and they make them trustworthy.

4. Free first result, paid depth

Almost every product gives you the first result free, with no account: a free twin in Flamingo, a first voice score in Voceris, a first AI edit in Klevo, a free business site in blasa. People pay once they've seen the product work on their own problem.

5. Launch is the start of distribution

Each product ships with its own guides, comparison pages and structured data, so search engines and AI assistants can understand what it does. Shipping fast only matters if people can find what you shipped.
